One of ABM Management’s key aims is to save you money whilst keeping your project on track. We guarantee that having us on board means that you will save substantially more than we charge.

Areas where large savings can be made include, but are not limited to:

Professional Fees – use the best professionals at developers rates.
Economical Design and Material Specification – build with the right products at the right price.
Sourcing Materials – developers discounts, preferred suppliers etc.
Prevention of Time and Cost over runs that may otherwise have occurred.

All discounts are passed directly to our clients, ensuring that you get the maximum possible benefit from the relationships and buying power that we have formed.

On top of this, we incentivise contractors to save you money where possible, whilst ensuring that build quality is never compromised.

Our fees are not linked to a percentage of your build cost, as one of objectives is to save you money. We quote individually for each project and charge a flat rate per month.
